We carry out the removal of Artex and textured coatings in advance of refurbishment works or to achieve a 100% asbestos-free house or office. Artex can be left ‘in situ’ if in good condition and there is no likelihood of it being disturbed. If changing lighting, removing walls or carrying out refurbishment or demolition work that requires disturbance of the coated walls or ceilings, removal will be required.
We can target small areas where only limited amounts of Artex need removing, such as when changing lighting.
