Artex Ceiling Removal in Cobham, Surrey

Background
Following a recommendation from a previous client, we were appointed to carry out the removal of Artex-coated ceilings on the ground floor of a house in Cobham.
Work Undertaken
We sheeted the work area with polythene before work commenced to ensure it was sealed off from the rest of the house. We had to be careful to protect the parquet flooring and ensure the staircase was completely sealed so that all fibres were contained within the work area.
Removal of the textured coating was achieved by removing the full plasterboard ceilings while damping the area with a fibre suppressant spray.
Any remaining nails were removed from the wooden beams, and a full environmental clean was carried out. The work was completed on time, and the area was left immaculate.
