Key Asbestos Services Ltd was appointed to carry out asbestos removal works at an educational property in Tolworth. The project involved the removal of Artex ceilings containing asbestos within several areas undergoing refurbishment. Maintaining a safe environment for all building users was the highest priority throughout the process.
Work Undertaken
Our team established fully controlled working conditions to safely remove the asbestos-containing Artex coatings. Using industry-approved techniques, the ceilings were carefully stripped back, with all asbestos waste securely double-bagged and transported for disposal via licensed carriers.
The works were planned and coordinated closely with site management to minimise disruption to day-to-day activities while ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
