Background
Key Asbestos Services Ltd was instructed to undertake an asbestos survey at a residential property in Teddington. During the inspection, asbestos cement debris was discovered throughout the loft area, likely originating from historic roofing or pipework alterations. The client required the material to be removed to ensure the space was safe for future access.
Work Undertaken
Following the survey, a quotation was provided and the removal works were scheduled. As an asbestos removal company, Key Asbestos carried out the works under fully controlled conditions, safely removing and collecting all asbestos cement fragments from the loft. The debris was securely bagged and taken from site by our own team.
The area was given a thorough clean-down to remove residual dust and small fragments, ensuring no further risk of disturbance.
As part of our service, the client will received a FOC Completion Certificate, confirming that the asbestos materials were removed by Key Asbestos. This certificate clearly states the date the removal took place and details exactly what asbestos-containing materials were taken out, providing transparent documentation for future reference.
